John Lee, PE
John is a Project Controls Manager with over thirty years experience in cost engineering, planning and scheduling, cost estimating, budget development, schedule development, cash flow analysis, progress reporting and cost and schedule control.
He has provided these services in both hand on and supervisory roles in electric utility engineering, construction, operation and maintenance functional areas. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
He subscribes to the philosophy that organizing, monitoring and analyzing project data and information in a regimented routine yields knowledge vital to controlling project completing on time and on budget.
