Chris Gruber, CCC, PMP
Chris Gruber is a Senior Cost Consultant of The Pegasus Organization® with over 35 years of industry experience. He specializes in cost engineering and risk management for complex capital projects. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Albright College and an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s University.
He is a Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) and a Project Management Professional (PMP®). Chris has extensive experience with the assessment and evaluation of all types of projects at varying points in the project life cycle. He regularly performs independent reviews of cost estimates, schedules and risk management processes and capabilities for the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration.
Chris’ private sector experience includes all types of power plant design/construction and transmission/distribution projects as well as retrofits and rebuilds. He has extensive experience in the industrial and chemical processing industry as well as the petrochemical industry.
