Reuben (Ben) R. Garrett PMP
Ben Garrett is a Senior Project Manager of The Pegasus Organization®, with more than 44 years of experience in project management, construction, field engineering and technical training. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Regents/Excelsior College, is a registered Professional Engineer in England/Europe, IIE, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP®).
Ben has extensive “overseas” experience and has worked on four continents. His experience includes the PBMR Program in South Africa, major fossil electrical generation and electrical transmission projects, petrochemical/refinery and bauxite mining projects.
Ben’s technical experience includes start-up and commissioning of plant and managing technical training programs. He has been a member of the Technical Training Advisory Board for the Guyana government and was a member of the Caribbean Metrication Committee. Ben has published papers on the training of apprentice and adult employees.
