Al Flowers, PMP
Al Flowers is a Senior Consultant of The Pegasus Organization with over 35 years of experience in the Management of Electric Utility Assets. Al has extensive hands-on experience in utility operations as well as project management. He provides coaching and process improvement by using strong interpersonal skills and successful experiences to promote effective Project Management techniques and practices.
Al received his BS from North Carolina State University in Electrical Engineering, and has done post graduate work in management principles and practices at the University of Georgia, and the University of North Carolina. He also holds a Project Management Professional certification with the Project Management Institute. His broad work experience in all aspects of Generation Asset Management and his understanding of solid business practices provides Al with an understanding of the challenges and rewards of implementing change in an operating organization.
