Education and Training
The Pegasus Organization provides high quality and relevant education and training seminars and workshops. Our participants walk away with tools, techniques and templates they will use immediately to be more effective and efficient. We provide project management training offered by AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers) and the Schmidt Training and Technology Center of RACC (Reading Area Community College). Ninety-nine percent of our trainees say that they will use the techniques learned immediately.
As a Registered Education Provider (REP®) for the Project Management Institute (PMI®), Pegasus is approved to offer project management education/training of the highest quality. Key criteria and requirements that REP®s must meet are available at www.pmi.org.
Clients often ask us to provide customized project management training. We can easily assess your needs using DACUM® (Developing a Curriculum) and then develop customized solutions to fit your needs. Using DACUM® as a job analysis technique ensures that your participants will leave our seminars with the right skills for their positions.
