Charlie Davis is a Senior Project Manager of The Pegasus Organization®, a project management consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Physics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Charlie is a results oriented professional with exceptional management and leadership skills in the field of Project Management.
He has over thirty years experience in the electric utility industry having worked in the nuclear, fossil and transmission organizations. Charlie specializes in $100M plus projects which absolutely must be completed on time and within budget. His project management philosophy is to focus on the basics: teambuilding, communications, project planning and accountability.
